NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICIES
We realize that sometimes emergencies and other responsibilites to prevent you from keeping a scheduled appointment. Should this happen, we ask that you please call and let us know as soon as possible. This will enable us to reschedule your appointment at the earliest time convenient to both you and us. It will also allow us to see another client in that time slot who may be waiting for a cancellation or an "earliest available" appointment. In the event that you simply do not show up for a scheduled appointment, we will try to contact you to reschedule, and mark your file with a "No Show" for that date. We will forgive one No Show without consequence. Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the session you had scheduled. If cancellations or no-shows become a habit we will require that any and all future appointments be paid in full in advance at the time of scheduling. There will be no credits or refunds for any future No Shows.
